What causes inflammation?

Inflammation is more than just an achy knee or back.  It’s caused by many different stressors like a poor diet, a car wreck or the loss of a job.  I could make a list a mile long of things that promote inflammation but when it comes to dietary contributors BAD FATS and SUGARS take the cake!
